Silver Hammer Inspections is AMAZING! We are currently in Henderson, NV and moving to Prescott, AZ so buying a house out of state has been difficult. Silver Hammer made it SO much easier on us and our Inspector Tim gave us such a peace of mind about our purchase! Although there were tons of maintenance issues on the house we are buying, Tim made sure to let us know that there were no MAJOR issues like foundation cracking, bad roof or just really bad electrical or plumbing.

These guys were great! We relocated from California to Northern AZ last month. When we sold our house in CA we had all of our inspections done before listing the house. Our home inspection was not only much more expensive, but not nearly as thorough as Silver Hammer.

We are now in escrow to buy a home in AZ. Matt came to the house with two other guys, not just one like in CA. They were very thorough! We used silver hammer on our realtors recommendation for an inspection on a home we are buying. They're very prompt and fast, while remaining extremely thorough. Matt walked me through the entirety of the home and went over every thin with me, and his inspection report was so detailed. My husband wasn't able to make the walk through and thanks to Matt's inspection report, he felt as though he got a clear and concise understanding of everything Matt went over.

Matt and Tim did a great and thorough job inspecting the Prescott property and conducting the termite inspection. They communicated their results clearly and provided a very helpful walk-through of primary utilities and systems. I would highly recommend them.

I looked online for a Home inspection company and read all reviews from several companies and decided to go with Silver Hammer Inspections. I called Tim and scheduled my home inspection and termite inspection, with Silver Hammer Inspections.. I arrived at the property at the end of the inspection and he went through the entire property showed me all main utility locations and where to turn them off if needed Tim then went step by step showing me pictures and videos with arrows showing me where corrections needed to be made.. Tim had the report completed and emailed to me and my realtor that same day. Tim's report was so professional and through I was very impressed and would never use anyone else. This is the best company around to do home inspections, and ask for Tim, his reports are impeccable you will be happy you called them, I was !!

Jeremy provided inspection services for 2 separate properties I was considering for purchase. I have owned several homes and this was the most comprehensive, professional and thorough inspection service I have ever received. We recently purchased a townhouse in Prescott. We were very happy with the inspection and report. Although the roof is covered by the HOA, Matt climbed up on it to tell us it needed replaced. He found wasps nests in the attic and quite a few other issues that helped us become informed buyers.
